2 times a year we put out a very brief (7 questions) survey asking what you have been experiencing in hiring. This is for all of us: Corporate HR/Recruiters, Search and Consulting Firms.

5 Year Anniversary
5 years ago today Josh Kahn sent me an email that included this:
"Also, are you still interested in getting the Minnesota recruiting blogging community together? If so I'd be happy to host everyone out to the Best Buy campus if that's interesting to anyone. Otherwise I'm open to an offsite lunch or happy hour somewhere as well."
A few days later Josh, Steven Rothberg and I met for lunch and out of that conversation the idea for a 1st event was created.
Since then we have had 16 conferences and today pass 3,000 folks on our contact list.
There are so many people to thank who have been a part of this and while never one to be short on words all I know to say is... Thank You
